- There is no entry fee for the Epsom & Ewell Business Awards and businesses may enter multiple categories.
- The awards programme is open to any business located within the constituency of Epsom and Ewell, including Ashtead, Nork and Tattenhams.
- All entries will be treated in confidence. Financial information is only seen by the judging panel.
- Entry submissions must adhere to a maximum 500 words. Entries in excess of this limit will be disqualified.
- Any supporting material must not exceed 3 additional tables, graphs or photos and can be emailed with the entry to entries@epsombusinessawards.co.uk.
- Entries must be in English and incomplete entries will not be judged.
- The organisation or an individual can nominate themselves or be nominated in more than one category.
- Entrants must be willing to provide details of an independent referee where a business is nominating itself.
- Organisers reserve the right to withdraw an award from any applicant supplying false information within their entry. Judges reserve the right to audit any information supplied.
- Judges may decide to visit the shortlisted entries.
- The closing date for entries is 30th September 2022.
- Award winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on 30th November 2022. Finalists will be required to attend.
- The judges’ decision is final and no follow up correspondence will be entered into.
- Award winners may state in advertising/promotional activity and on their stationery that they are a winner, but this must include the category and the year in which the award was won.
